Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and process orders. Payments made through this website are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that your use of the checkout and payment services is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to our own terms. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

All orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand production partners, who manufacture each item specifically for your order. Production and fulfilment begin once payment is confirmed. We aim to produce and dispatch orders within 7 days, and delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal service performance. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to production volumes, carrier delays, or factors outside our control… or depending on how popular we are.

We do not currently offer International Shipping, but we’re working on it!

All items are produced specifically for each customer based on the selected size, colour, and design. As such, products are made to order and not held in stock. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Preference changes

• Ordering errors made by the customer

This is permitted under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts personalised or made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

We fully comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item arrives with:

• A manufacturing defect

• A print error

• A quality issue

• The wrong item compared to your order

You are entitled to a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos showing the fault or error

• Include your order number

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

All designs, artwork, and content on this website remain the intellectual property and copyright of the Flat White Or F*ck Off and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you buy any one of our products in our Shop between 1st January 2026 and the 28th January 2026, this will entitle you to one free flat white coffee at our Russell Square pop-up. This a limited offer and the following terms apply…

• The offer of one free flat white coffee is only available on 28th January 2026, at our Russell Square Station pop-up location, during opening hours and while stocks last.
• A free coffee may be claimed only by customers wearing official merchandise at the pop-up and purchased from the Flat White or Fck Off shop. Proof of purchase may be required.
• The offer is limited to one (1) free coffee per eligible person.
• The offer is also limited to one (1) free coffee per item of merchandise worn, with a maximum of one coffee per person regardless of the number of items worn.
• This promotion is first come, first served and subject to availability. Once the allocated number of free coffees has been claimed, the promotion will end.
• No cash alternative or substitution is available. The free coffee is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Flat White or Fck Off reserves the right to refuse service, verify eligibility, or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time if necessary.
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
