The Milk

We use Estate Dairy Whole Milk

Unhomogenised milk is pure, natural, and full of character. Unlike standard supermarket milk, it hasn’t been processed to break down the cream. Instead, it’s left untouched, allowing the rich, golden layer of cream to gently rise to the top. This approach preserves the milk’s natural structure, flavour and integrity. The way milk was meant to be enjoyed.

We use Minor Figures Barista Oat Milk
